The 2016 Christmas season is upon us, and properties are not exempt from being sold with discounts and other freebies
While the holidays are widely recognized as a time for gift-giving and significant merriment, it is also a season for homebuyers to seriously consider their plans to buy property. This is because there are likely to be some bargains available in the lead-up to Christmas, as developers and other sellers who have existing listings will be keen to sell before the year ends.
Apart from possible discounts, other offers can be waived fees and free furniture or new appliances to accompany the home. With that said, we take a look at some properties discounts and freebies already on the market for the Christmas season, that make opting to add one’s Christmas bonus with the saved down payment, more compelling.
