The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards hailed the country’s top developers and industry players last November 21, 2024, at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La the Fort, Manila in Taguig City.
“As I look around this room,” said Lamudi Philippines CEO Michael Raquiza while welcoming the country’s brightest minds and boldest visionaries in real estate, “I see leaders who have shaped the skylines of our cities, leaders who have contributed to the growth of our economy and leaders who have built opportunities for families to live in their dream homes. Raquiza also remarked that the people in the room were either currently or recently finished building over 400,000 residential units which are set to house around 1.6 million Filipinos. Every person present that night contributed to making the dream of homeownership a reality.
