Property Developers Plan to Elevate the Filipino Family in 2025 and Generations to Come

Lamudi’s The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards recognized the country’s top property developers last November 21, 2024, at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila. The industry’s most established names, along with up-and-coming industry players, gathered during the gala night to celebrate this year’s accomplishments and hold conversations about the future of real estate in the Philippines.

Cesar Wee, Jr., CEO of Wee Community Developers Inc., reinforced what the award means for their brand. “We’re really proud of this Lamudi award because it’s not something people buy. It’s something that is really decided on by experts, by judges that are knowledgeable about the industry.” The developer received the Best Affordable Condo of the Year in Visayas and Mindanao award for Intalio Flats Primea and the Best Premium House of the Year in Visayas and Mindanao award for Intalio Estates.

Wee continued, “Since we partnered with Lamudi, we’ve hit our targets. We’ve doubled our sales almost every year. This year, we’re hitting around 15 billion, and a big part of that is because of Lamudi.”

Meanwhile, Basilio Almazan Jr., Senior Vice President and Head of Finance and Operations of Suntrust Properties, Inc., who received the Innovative Community Builder of the Year award for the developer, remarked, “Lamudi can help us a lot, as it has been helping us a lot, especially with the advent of digitalization.” 

The Suntrust executive is eager to keep working with Lamudi to help communities and grow together.

Building Communities that Enrich the Lives of Filipinos for Future Generations

“The mantra of our company is comprised of three words: making lives better,” shared Francis Villegas, Chief of Business Developmennt of PHINMA Properties, Lamudi’s Best Boutique Developer of the Year. 

“[The award] is a reinforcement of the time and effort made by our colleagues in building communities for the Filipino people,” Villegas added. His team has worked with Lamudi since day one, as it has been instrumental in boosting sales of the steadily expanding developer’s projects across the country.

Stephanie Anne Go, VP for Business Development and Design for RLC Residences, echoed the same sentiments, saying, “We’re definitely thankful to Lamudi for the continuous partnership because you connect us to the right customers, the quality customers who really are looking for properties in the market, and you’re able to help us communicate what we want to deliver to our market.”

Meanwhile, Ailene Sarmiento, Vista Land Division Head for North Luzon, received the Best Premium House of the Year in Luzon for Camella Provence, saying, “Through their extensive reach and innovative marketing platforms and tools, Lamudi has helped us connect with home buyers, investors, and industry professionals ensuring that our offerings receive the visibility they deserve.”

On behalf of the Vista Land team, Sarmiento added, “The award is our inspiration to further elevate our offerings with homes that enrich Filipinos’ lives for generations to come.”

Glenn Cuacena, Vista Land Division Head for Bacolod, said about their wins, “This affirmation drives our passion to build communities where Filipino families can thrive, build lifelong memories, and embrace new opportunities.”

Tess Tatco, Head of Corporate Marketing of Avida Land Corp., received the Best Developer of the Year in Visayas and Mindanao award for Avida Land Corp. She said, “This award is actually a testament to our commitment to the Filipinos of enhancing land and enriching lives for more people.” 

Meanwhile, Francis Tan, Director of Operations of Dolmar Land, shared that their award is “an inspiration to keep pushing forward [and] developing communities that are better than the ones that came before it.”

“We’ve been partnered with Lamudi for more than six years,” shared Farrah Mayol, Senior Assistant Vice President for Customer and Reputation Management of Aboitiz Land. “Lamudi has been a valuable partner in terms of reaching our customers, especially the ones that are digital natives and the ones that are overseas. Coming from another long-time partner of Lamudi, Anne Jara, Brand and Project Marketing Head of Avida Land Corp., noted that the partnership “has been very enriching for both companies. We’ve had good awareness, and we’ve generated leads from the company, and we hope to continue that partnership.”
