Good News for Brokers: Switch To and From Seller Modes in App, Meet and Learn Session Tomorrow!

The Lamudi mobile application optimized its features to support more users in making their online experience seamless. With the adjustable Seller Mode, you can switch from the seller or buyer view with ease.  

The Seller Mode switch, located in the Profile tab, can now be toggled to aid property sellers in utilizing their account. 

This added feature allows sellers to observe a different perspective of property listings found on the website and experience what the buying journey of a seeker is like.

A user who signed up for Lamudi to only browse or purchase listings is on Seeker Mode. Through this, they can use the Favorites, Saved Searches, Search Property button tabs, and other seeker-only functions.

Lamudi Academy will have its first Meet and Learn session of the year to discuss the most recent data and trends in the real estate industry and identify the current digital purchasing patterns of property seekers. 

Meet and Learn, Lamudi Academy’s in-person session, will dive into the different behaviors of the real estate market and how it affects the buying, selling, and renting condition of seekers and sellers. 

Similar to the Lamudi feature to switch your account view, knowing the relevant real estate trends will help you get to know property seekers better. 

The face-to-face event will happen on January 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m., at the Lamudi Philippines HQ, 6th floor, Keyland Valero Building, 114 Valero St. Salcedo Village, Makati City.

A Look at the Current Market Trends

Based on the fourth-quarter trend report of the top real estate platform, air conditioning remained one of the top amenities property seekers are looking for. 

2022 witnessed challenges that affected the economy from soaring inflation rates and unstable prices of various commodities. For example, construction costs were 33% higher than costs in the base year of 2012. 

Despite these factors, properties that are priced PhP 6M-9M emerged as the preferred price range by page views of today’s seekers. This is followed by mid-cost housing that ranges from Php 1.5 million to Php 3 million, and luxury housing priced up to Php 20 million. 

The in-person learning session will also reveal the top locations where property seekers are looking in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
