In his opening remarks, Rahul Rasal, Security Bank’s Retail Banking Segment Head, shared that choosing the best partner is ideal. For example, Security Bank can achieve its vision of being the most customer-centric bank in the country by choosing the right partners, including Lamudi.
He also stated that the Lamudi Link will be a platform “for us to share events with you [brokers and audience], share some critical aspects of products with you, share something that will be of knowledge and help to you as you go out and do the most difficult job, which is meeting prospects and converting them into customers.”

Security Bank’s GoldClub is a special program for brokers in the Philippines. During the event, Security Bank’s Broker Channel and Admin Support Head, Christine Lim, introduced and explained this program.

Once brokers are accredited with the GoldClub program, they can offer their prospects attractive home loan packages with fast processing time. As a reward, they receive a high incentive for every booked referred account and a competitive interest rate.
In addition to the broker incentives, Security Bank offers semi-annual and annual incentives based on the booking amount it has closed.
Knowing Industry and Customer Behavior Trends
Another toolkit for broker success is knowing what consumers think, how they behave, and what they need. At the networking event, Lamudi Academy shared insights about consumers that enable brokers to better understand and offer services to property seekers.
A broker’s credibility is one of the things property seekers consider. When utilizing social media, brokers should build their online presence and increase interest and awareness around their brand products and services. They should also focus on engaging with their audience and creating high-quality and visual-oriented content to attract more engagement. With around 96 percent of buyers searching for their dream homes online, brokers need to build their online presence so that their leads will find them.

The Lamudi Link networking event held on April 24 also awarded outstanding brokers and brokerages in Luzon.
