Keller Williams Philippines is poised to take on Quezon City’s booming office and residential real estate market.
Keller Williams (KW), the world’s largest real estate franchise by agent count, has opened a new Market Center in Gateway Tower, Cubao, Quezon City last March 15, 2018.
Since its launch on July 1, 2017, KW Philippines has been helping to professionalize the real estate practice in the country. From its Ortigas Center Regional Office, KW Philippines now runs three Market Centers in the country.
“We have formally opened KW Quezon City Market Center at Gateway Tower to provide a venue for our accredited KW Associates to better access and serve the booming office and residential property market in the area,” said KW Philippines’ Regional Operating Principal, Rolando Acuesta.
KW Philippines is composed of a strong team of leaders with more than 40 years of experience in residential, commercial and leisure real estate development. Together with Regional Controlling Principal Steve Chien and Quezon City Market Center General Manager Cecille Gamilla, Acuesta oversees the recruitment of additional agents to take leadership roles.
Aside from honing basic to advanced knowledge of real estate, KW Philippines also produces specialized agents in luxury homes, commercial, and land properties.
“Recently, we also launched our first training module called Ignite, which is meant to spark the selling career of the real estate agents in the Philippines. Soon, we will be rolling out more trainings that are par with the best real estate programs in the world,” Acuesta added.
The KW Philippines Quezon City market centre is located at the 5th Floor Regus Gateway Tower, Cubao.
