Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) recently launched its latest business unit — Century NULIV — to bring exclusive upscale and premium townvillas, homes, and enclaves in key growth areas in the country.
Lamudi has seen on its platform that the luxury property market posted strong resilience amid the pandemic. Pageviews for purchase listings above 20M grew by 31% year-on-year in the second half of 2020 – a demand that Century NULIV is aiming to address.

The NULIV president further noted that Azure North boasts 109 units of townvillas at different price points.
“In the city, land is always scarce. If there is an opportunity to do [it] in-city, [then] yes.” She added Century Properties is “looking” at constructing more houses and lots, townvillas, low-rise, and mid-rise buildings depending on the location and the market.
“We will deliver spaces that can provide easy and direct access to necessities but equally important, we are innovating our homeownership process to strengthen how this is digitally supported from start to finish,” she added.
