Innoland recently launched Montage and Altair, office towers in Cebu City and Makati, respectively
Noted Cebu-based real estate developer Innoland Development Corporation recently launched its biggest projects to date: Montage in Cebu City and Altaire in Makati City.
Soon to rise along Archbishop Reyes Avenue in Cebu City, just a stone’s throw away from the Cebu Business Park, is Montage, a three-building mixed-use project. According to Innoland, this development will offer approximately 40,000 square meters of Grade A office space, 7,000 square meters of retail space, and either a residential or hospitality component. The first tower, One Montage, will rise 26 stories high and is expected to become the next favorite hangout spot in Cebu City. Montage’s expected completion date is 2019.
On the other hand, Innoland’s very first Makati project, Altaire, will rise in one of Makati’s flourishing neighborhoods: Malugay Street in Barangay Bel-Air, which is mere minutes away from the central business district. Altaire will be a 45-story energy-efficient building that will offer Grade A offices in addition to retail area. Once completed, Altaire will boast 58,273 square meters of office space and a 984-square-meter retail area. The tower is expected to be completed in 2021.
After the success of its Calyx Centre and Calyx Residences in Cebu City, Innoland continues to develop projects that follow its philosophy of enhancing life and ingenious design inspired by nature, all the while aiming for LEED certification. Aside from Calyx Centre and Calyx Residences, other Innoland real estate projects include Link and TGU Park, which are office towers (19 and 15 stories high, respectively) both situated the Cebu IT Park; Aeon Center, a 19-story office building along Alabang–Zapote Road in Muntinlupa; and Polaris, a 19-story office building in Filinvest City Alabang, among others. Innoland also has a number of affiliates, including Aeon Prime Land Development Corp., Ohmori Development Corp., Excel Tower, MJ Landtrade, and TG Universal Business Ventures Corporation. The company also developed two industrial properties within the Cebu Light Industrial Park located in Lapu-Lapu City.
