All roads lead to Cebu Trade Hall this weekend for the Cebu Housing Fair, an event that brings together property seekers and real estate professionals.

The two-day Lamudi Housing Fair includes homebuying seminars, real estate training, and special offers from exhibitors, namely, Be Residences, Cebu Landmasters, Damosa Land, Inc., Food Panda, Paramount Property Ventures, Inc., Philippine Estates Corporation, RDAK Land, RE/MAX, RFK Holdings, Inc., Saekyung Realty.
Property buyers, property investors, and real estate professionals are all invited to visit SM City Cebu from 10AM to 10PM this September 21-22 for an opportunity to connect with property developers to make their homeownership dreams come true.
Lamudi will also have its very own “Build Your Dream Home” booth, where property seekers can play games to build the home of their dreams. Lamudi booths also allow attendees to sign up for an account, find career opportunities, and be updated on the latest trends in Philippine real estate.
Lamudi brings the Housing Fair to Cebu with its event partner Subdivision & Housing Developers Association, Inc. (SHDA), major sponsor Federal Land, minor sponsors King Properties, Aboitiz Land, BPI Family Housing Loan, and DMCI Homes. The Cebu Housing Fair is the perfect venue for real estate brokers and agents to learn about the pros and cons of each lead generation channel and how to utilize them to the broker’s advantage. The housing fair will kick off and end the event with online real estate training for the topics “Top Online Generation Channels” (11AM-12NN) and “Conversion of Online Leads Into Sales” (4PM-5PM) on both days. The training will be facilitated by Nadine Pacis, Training and Development Coach of the Lamudi Academy.
The first day of the housing fair will feature a talk from Federal Land’s Rico Cruz about Marco Polo Residences, a short video presentation from DMCI Homes, a discussion with Mr. Angelo Hermosisima of Pag-IBIG Fund, and another segment from RE/MAX.
Property seekers are free to explore the booths to inquire about properties, housing loans, and other homebuying-related queries. Nino Ray D. Muga and Stephen N. Maglasang from BPI Family Housing Loan will also share about real and other properties acquired (ROPA) properties and BPI Family Savings Bank Housing Loans promos.
The second day of the housing fair on September 22 will start off with a talk from Mr. Henrich Vidal from King Properties, a short video presentation from AboitizLand, a discussion with Mr. Philip Simon M. Basquez, Division Chief III – Developers Assisted from Pag-IBIG Fund, and another talk from RE/MAX.
Real estate agents attending the event will have a unique opportunity to meet potential clients and get in touch with developers, giving them a chance to practice what they learned from Lamudi Academy.
