Keller Williams Philippines has been officially designated to handle the leasing requirements of all Filinvest property development projects in the country.
The announcement was disclosed last November by Pro-Excel, the leasing and property management company that used to handle all the residential units of Filinvest. Pro-Excel has decided to focus on its core business of property management and has endorsed Keller Williams Philippines to take over the leasing requirements of the different Filinvest communities.
Keller Williams Philippines is a franchise of Keller Williams Realty Inc., a premier real estate company with 180,000 agents in 900 market centers worldwide. Keller Williams is also a training company that happens to be in the real estate business.
Keller Williams Philippines, which established its operations in the country on July 1 last year, currently has seven market centers spread across the archipelago. It has been continuously expanding its operations in the country and its presence nationwide.
The effectivity of the Pro-Excel announcement on Keller Williams Philippines’ endorsement started on November 15, 2018. All Filinvest unit owners with existing leasing contracts should remain valid until the end of the aforementioned contract.
