Living in Pasay City

While widely recognized for its various retail, cultural, entertainment destinations, there is more to Pasay City than commercial activity. Situated near Manila, the regional and national capital, Pasay was developed early on, quickly becoming an urban town during the American colonial period.

As such, Pasay City had always been one of the most comprehensive cities to live in, at it almost always had everything one required for the utmost in modern living. The city is home to notable educational centers like Arellano University, healthcare facilities such as Air Force General Hospital, and financial institutions like the Philippine National Bank Financial Center.

Pasay Real Estate

Like most Metro Manila cities, condominium developments have become a common sight in Pasay City. As a city within the country’s most populous region, the condos in Pasay have risen initially as a means to meet an increasing demand in residential space, but have now also been developed to mirror the commercial and entertainment center the city has become.

A great deal of developments have risen in and around areas like the SM Mall of Asia complex, Newport City, and the Bay City. These provide residents and tenants with comprehensive views of Pasay and Manila Bay and relatively easy access to the city’s commercial and entertainments centers, all in developments that provide their own slew of amenities and conveniences.
