Shortlist includes both big names and newcomers in Philippine real estate, and winners will be announced during the July 9 gala night.
The third edition of the Philippines Property Awards has finally unveiled its shortlist vying for 25 award categories covering the best developer, developments, and designs in the local real estate sector.
According to the organizers, the esteemed central panel of judges has worked hard to ensure that the highest quality entrants across all categories from all deserving developers and projects are picked. All these entrants showcase the best of the best in the country’s real estate sector.
This year’s top contender is 2014’s big winner Ayala Land Inc., with a total of eight nominations for ALI and its subsidiaries Avida Land and Alveo Land. Other major contenders with multiple nominations include the SM Group, led by SM Prime Holdings, and subsidiaries SM Development Corporation (SMDC) and First Asia Realty Development Corporation, with a combined total of nine nominations, including Best Developer for SM Prime; and Megaworld Corporation, which is also competing in the Best Developer and three other categories including Best Luxury Condo Development (Metro Manila).
Top winners in the Philippines will also be showcased and compete at the Asia Property Awards grand finals on October 21 at the fifth annual South East Asia Property Awards 2015 to be held at the prestigious Shangri-La Hotel Singapore.
With support from top regional and local media outfits, including ABS-CBN, Lifestyle Network, Inquirer.net (a Philippine Daily Inquirer company), The Philippine Star, BusinessWorld, Vault, Metro Home & Entertaining, Lamudi Philippines, iProperty Philippines, Property24, and MyProperty.ph, the Official Property Portal of the Philippines Property Awards 2015, this year’s event is set to be the biggest yet.
In addition, global innovator in premium kitchen and bath products Kohler returns as Gold Sponsor. The Philippines’ largest foam-maker Uratex Premium Mattresses has also signed on as Gold Sponsor, while premium kitchen and bathroom products manufacturer TEKA is a Silver Sponsor.
