Empire East at a glance

Empire East was incorporated on July 15, 1994, under the business profile Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. Since then, the company has been committed to developing middle-income housing projects. Over the years, Empire East has broadened its product offerings to include upper mid-cost and luxurious housing projects such as house and lot subdivisions and mid-to high-rise condominium developments within Metro Manila and in neighboring progressive suburban areas.

Currently under the dynamic leadership of Atty. Anthony Charlemagne C. Yu, Empire East is a member of one of the country’s biggest conglomerates, Alliance Global. The company boasts of a portfolio that includes more than 100 condominium towers in key locations of Metro Manila and two horizontal developments in Laguna. To name a few of its residential developments are San Lorenzo Place, Laguna Bel Air,  The Rochester, The Paddington Place and Mango Tree Residences.

Empire East is a leading firm in terms of real estate innovation. In a span of 25 years, the company has pioneered multiple real estate concepts. These include the township model, loft innovation, micro city, transit-oriented developments, and urban resort communities. Another prime example of Empire East’s innovative practice is its no down payment scheme. Being a neophyte at that time, Empire East was the first developer in the country to boldly offer flexible payment options with “No Down payment and Zero Interest” at the height of the Asian financial crisis in 1997.

Empire East continues to outdo itself. In its 25th year of real estate excellence, Empire East offers yet another revolutionary township development at the convergence of Pasig City and Cainta, RizalEmpire East Highland City.

Empire East Highland City is set to be the first elevated city township in the Philippines. Envisioned to be a luxurious uphill community. Empire East Highland City will feature residential towers, a lifestyle mall, an exclusive sports club, an expansive garden park, retail areas, and a 500-seater church.

Empire East Highland City’s state-of-the-art architectural design

Empire East Highland City is a 24-hectare township set to rise at the convergence of Pasig City and Cainta in the next 10 years. With a whopping budget of P20 billion, Empire East Highland City will stand on a 6-meter elevation just along Felix Avenue with close proximity to two major thoroughfares, the Marcos Highway and the Ortigas Extension.

Empire East Highland City is composed of four phases: the Highland Residences, the Highland Mall, the Highland Park, and The Chartered Club. Forty percent of the development is dedicated to residential developments. The other 40 percent is dedicated to open spaces and efficient road networks, while the remaining 20 percent to a lifestyle mall, commercial offices and other mixed-use developments.

The concept of Empire East Highland City‘s architectural design will evoke an image of a city sitting on top of a hill. The development’s design manages to preserve the natural contour of the land while keeping the safety and natural beauty of the surrounding communities.

Once completed, the township will be the new gateway and the next destination of choice in the East that will open to important business districts in Metro Manila.

The Highland Residences

Empire East Highland City will feature 38 residential condominiums on an elevated area of the township. These high-rise towers will serve as the development’s picturesque backdrop, and in return, the elevation will emphasize the height of the towers, adding to its grandiose aesthetics. The towers are designed to hold more than 30 floors each, which will give residents a panoramic view of the township and the lush hills of Antipolo. Each floor will feature a low-dense number of residential units that prioritizes privacy, security, comfort, and a well-integrated luxurious lifestyle. Units in various sizes are available, from 22 square meters to 46.5 square meters of living spaces, varying from studio to 2-bedroom units. This is ideal for young professionals, newly-married couples and even growing families.

The Highland Mall

The ambitious township will also house a lifestyle mall that will cater to the elite standards of an upscale community. The Highland Mall will offer 58,000 square meters of commercial spaces and will host high-end shops, restaurants and movie theaters. Once completed, the mall will serve as the township’s centerpiece.

The Highland Park

The Highland Mall will be integrated with an 8,000-square meter elevated garden park that will include a 500-seater church and more retail areas. The garden park will open towards Empire East Highland City’s main entrance, with six-lane roads on both sides. The park will also have green open spaces, jogging paths, a showroom with model units, outdoor activity areas and grand Spanish steps leading up to the mall.

The Chartered Club

In the heart of Highland Residences will be a five-star sports club, named as The Chartered Club. The Club will have top-of-the-line amenities and sports facilities, which include swimming pools, game room, event halls, a multi-purpose court, a cafe, and a lounge. The Chartered Club will be a recreational zone that will provide residents exclusive access to an elite membership club.

The construction of Empire East Highland City is expected to start in mid-2019. Nestled at the convergence of Pasig City and Cainta, Rizal, the development will open the East to Metro Manila, and vice versa.

Undoubtedly, the township development is a first that will redefine the Philippine’s cosmopolitan skyline. With Empire East at the forefront, the elevated city township will cultivate a luxurious uphill community that celebrates a vibrant urban culture.

In the last 25 years, Empire East has shaped the Philippine’s cityscape and cosmopolitan living. Here’s to 25 more years and counting!
