Global Estate Resorts Inc’s new project is an exciting and welcome addition to the island’s already buoyant real estate market.
There is a saying that when you open a bag of chips, you do not stop at just consuming one piece. While Boracay is in no way a mere bag of chips, it is similar in that once you visit, you cannot help but want to go back again and again.

An area cannot be fully considered a complete vacation destination without providing a great golfing experience, and Boracay Newcoast also provides that via an 18-hole course with pronounced island scenery.
One with the Island
Widely recognized for large-scale township developments with “Live-Work-Play-Learn” as a guiding philosophy, Megaworld and GERI attempt exactly that with Boracay Newcoast, but do so while keeping the residual effects on the environment to a minimum.
While having features that can rival those in big city townships, Boracay Newcoast’s structures occupy only 40 percent of the community’s 150 hectares, with the remaining 60 percent is kept intact for open spaces and lush greenery.
Seemingly intended to be in league with world-famous seaside communities like Oia in Santorini, Greece, and St. Tropez in the South of France, Newcoast provides Boracay with something it had not yet previously had—a well-synced vacation and residential community.
One of the hindrances to the development of Boracay has been how most of its existing hospitality and commercial establishments operate individually, with only local guidelines to follow with regard to the maintenance of the environment and coping with a great deal of clientele.
