A Guide to Beach Properties in the Philippines

Beach Properties in the Philippines

Last Updated on

Given that the Philippines has more than 7,100 islands, finding a beach haven to call your own is quite easy

To say that it’s easy to find the perfect beach property in the Philippines is quite an understatement. After all, the country, with more than 7,100 islands, is teeming with gorgeous beaches, from powdery white sands like those found in Boracay and Bohol, to the stretches of black sand found in the Bicol Region, and the secluded coves in Nasugbu.

This is the reason many real estate developers are unveiling beach-themed properties left right and center, many of which are found in the country’s well-known beach getaways. But aside from the beaches, many of these properties offer a wide range of fantastic perks, including infinity pools, private jetties, and even golf courses. Best of all, they also offer promising investment returns through rental income and capital growth.

Lamudi has put together a selection of some of the best kinds of beach properties in the Philippines for any homebuyer longing to finally own the perfect beach getaway.
