What to Expect in the 2023 Real Estate Licensure Exams

The licensure exam is administered and organized by the Professional Regulatory Board for Real Estate Practice under the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). Here are the dates to remember for the scheduled exams. These dates are the schedule of this year’s real estate licensure exams. The dates will be updated once the schedule of real estate licensure exams for 2023 has been released by the PRC.

Topics to Cover for the Written Exam

The Real Estate Licensure Exam is composed of 13 real estate-related subjects that may be altered by the PRC as they see fit. Here are some of the topics to be covered in the written exam that you can use as a reference when studying.
