Intent to purchase: A. The total contract price (TCP) of the unit is "LOCK IN PRICE” for 30 months. B. The unit to be purchased must be the same as the unit subject to the lease agreement. C. 75% of the rental rate (e.i. excluding VAT and Assoc Dues/PMF will be applied to the downpayment/ equity when the lessee proposes to purchase the unit after 27 months of renting. D. The rental rate for the 28th to 30th month will be applied 100% to the downpayment or equity. E. The security deposits equivalent to two (2) months' rental fee will be credited to the selling price upon approval of the Buyer's Information Sheet. F.  Balance on the TCP will be through bank financing or in-house financing. G. Intent to purchase after the lease term will follow the current selling price of the unit, therefore forfeit the privilege of a “lock-in-price” and the crediting of 75% of the rental rate paid for 27 months to the selling price. H. The 75% rental rate credited to the selling price is non-refundable when the buyer later backs out of the purchase of the unit.
