The neighbourhood The place is strategically situated five kilometres away from the international and domestic airports and near key developments such as Entertainment City (E-City), SMX Convention, Mall of Asia Arena, Blue Bay Walk, Resorts World, and Manila Radisson Hotel. Getting around Transport hub for buses, jeepneys, and taxis are available few meters away. There are elevated walkways towards the entrance of Mall of Asia from the Shell Residences area.
