F.  Balance on the TCP will be through bank financing or in-house financing. G. Intent to purchase after the lease term will follow the current selling price of the unit, therefore forfeit the privilege of a “lock-in-price” and the crediting of 75% of the rental rate paid for 27 months to the selling price.
