The goal of Pagibig Fund's housing loan program is to help qualified members get access to its financing facility where they could borrow up to PhP 6 million for their housing needs.  To be sure that you are eligible to apply for a Pagibig Fund housing loan you need to be a member of good standing who: 

  • has contributed for at least 24 months
  • has satisfactorily passed Pagibig Fund's background and credit check
  • is not more than 65 years old, and not more than 70 years old at the maturity date of your loan
  • does not have an outstanding loan at Pagibig Fund
  • does not have a Pagibig house that was foreclosed

Funding your Pagibig House

How do you envision your Pagibig house?  Whether you are thinking of getting a foreclosed property, or building a new one, or going for more affordable housing, there is a loan that is available under the Pagibig Fund Housing Loan Program:

1. Acquired Assets Loan - this kind of loan lets you buy a foreclosed property through PagIBIG Fund's public auction.

2. End-user Loan - this kind of loan lets you buy a property that you can build from scratch. Like securing a vacant lot and constructing your home on the site.

3. Affordable Housing Loan - this loan applies to two income brackets. First, if you have a monthly gross income of PhP14,000 and below, you can borrow a maximum amount of PhP400,000 which is payable in five years. Second, if you have a monthly gross income of PhP17,000 and below, you can borrow a maximum amount of PhP750,000 which is payable in 10 years.
