Of course, the price range of the property will largely depend on the location you will go for. In the Quezon City area, your options will range from P2 Million to P4 Million and some  places you might want to check out include Diliman and the area near Katipunan Avenue.  If you prefer to live in the Pioneer Mandaluyong area, your options will range from about P3 Million to P5 Million depending on the size. You can also look in the Taguig area, with units closer to the central business district averaging about P8 Million upwards.
