my unit can accommodate up to 3 persons. It is furnished with basic kitchen amenities: pots & pans, fridge, induction stove, rice cooker, and electric kettle. There is a TV (NO Cable TV) in the living area, as well as a sofa . The bathroom includes fresh towels, basic toiletries, and shower equipped with a water heater.
Guests have access to the outdoor adult & kiddie swimming pools, gym, and KID'S play area in the same building.
A parking slot is not included but if you wish to bring a car,you can apply a pay park slot my the tower. there are other several pay parking lots around the area. The average rate is PHP 50 for the first 2 hours and PHP 20 for each succeeding hour. Parking in nearby malls like Robinson Galleria ,The Podium and Shangrila are flat rate all-day, PHP 50. .
For bookings of more than 7 days, the loft is cleaned once a week for free. Towels and bed sheets are also changed.
The building has 24/7 security and main lobby with reception. Prior to arrival, guests will receive detailed information on checking-in. I will be there to direct you to the unit and hand over or collect the keys upon check-in/out.
Guests get to enjoy having the entire loft to themselves, but I'm available via Airbnb for anything you might need during your stay.
Right at the city center, my unit is walking distance to everything! Transportation, banks, shopping centers, 24-hour convenience stores, restaurants and coffee or tea shops surround the building. The busy streets of Ortigas will make you feel like a local in an instant.
