The unit is half of a duplex house; it has three bedrooms, toilets, and baths. Comfortably good for 10 pax (maximum). We provide drinking water and bath towels. Cooking is allowed. The fireplace is gas-fed, but we do not allow its use for safety reasons. The going rate is PHP 17,500 per night, the standard check-in time is 2 pm, and the check-out time is 11 am. Super peak season rate is around PHP 25,000 per night. Please provide your preferred date of booking so we can check availability.
