This is a pre-selling unit and hasn't been turned over nor transferred yet to Bank Financing, this means all payments that have been made are still being added to Reservation Fee+Equity and will deduct to Principal Amount (no interest yet being paid), per Bria Office, the construction will resume this coming year, 2023. Interest will start once it's already transferred to Bank.  

Purchased last January 2019[ and I have issued PDC to Bria until March 2023.
