Fractional Ownership's (Co-Ownership)
Fractional Ownership is owning an asset of property with other Co-owners. Each Co-owner own a fraction of the asset or property. As a Fractional Owner, you may transfer, will, or sell your specific fraction or interest in the property to another, the same as you would do as a whole property owner.
Fractional property ownership offers the benefits of owning more properties without paying 100% of the total cost of the property.
