Following the success of its first run last 2017, The Outlook by Lamudi, co-presented by the Philippine Daily Inquirer Property, celebrated its second edition in 2018. In the black-tie gala event held last November 15, 2018, the leading online real estate platform felicitated the leading industry projects and developers of the Philippines as selected by an esteemed panel of judges, and based on a survey participation of over 10,000 active property seekers.

With technology and data becoming important tools in the industry's arsenal, Lamudi is in a prominent position to change to the traditional ways of property discovery. With more than 10 million user preferences recorded on the platform every month and hosting over 100,000 active properties, Lamudi is at an advantage to understand the needs and wants of the Filipino property seeker.

This year for The Outlook by Lamudi, Philippine real estate developers nominated their prominent projects under various categories. All the nominated projects were screened by our esteemed panel of judges. The shortlisted projects were put to the test via a survey among thousands of property seekers. Participating property seekers were grouped in a way that will ensure that audience groups will only vote in the categories that match their search interests. The Special and Personality Awards nominations were screened only by the judges.

In addition to awarding the real estate excellences of 2018, the gala hosted keynote speakers from the industry, thereby offering an unparalleled opportunity for discussion and knowledge sharing.
