House- Remodeled 2018. We have one large bedroom with A/C. Another small room that could function as a bedroom or storage. The kitchen is very large. We had family there and 15 people were in the kitchen and there was room for more. Hot shower's window looks out on the garden. Dining/family room has views of the ocean. Floor area: 80 sqm. Beginning of year we installed a wi-fi tower. There is a gazebo in back. Lot is totally fenced. Current renters have dogs.  Bayawan City- The boulevard which runs at least 2km along the beach is one of the nicest you will find anywhere. A street sweeper cleans it at least twice a week. There is always city sanitation workers cleaning the boulevard and city. The cities main economy is agriculture. It did not see the negetive effects some cities have had that rely on tourism. Currently the park along the boulevard is being improved. A major sports complex is being built 2km from our villa. Other commercial buildings are being built. The hospital just opened the first week of April. We have two large grocery stores. Electric motorcycles with sidecars are available for transportation within city. I have not noticed air pollution in city. Public clean restrooms are located conveniently. The city supports CCTV in and around city. The city always seems safe. Sunsets here are amazing! Neighborhood- A multi function building was built on an empty lot two lots from ours. Old apartments were remodeled into a motel. A section of road was finished. The small beach side bungolows have seen improvements. They are rented by general public. They sometimes have loud karoke. Both our neighbors are retired and quit. The house in back is 30 meters from our house. No barking dogs. The city controls wild dogs. A small restaurant went in two blocks away. About 5 blocks away is a small store that is well stocked. Friday and Saturdays a market opens close by. Swimming in ocean is great; very sandy, no heavy waves or swell, no boats, can walk out on sand 20-30meters. A police station is 3 blocks away at the end of public park. Price-  Renter pays for all water/electricity/garbage and wi-fi. Our current renters are happy with that agreement. Availability- current renters move out end of June. We will need 2-4 dys for cleaning and maintenance.
