In the 1900s, a man named Don Antonio de Zuzuarregui Sr. purchased numerous lands in this area. The land he bought became idle upon his death, leaving the properties without a will for the next owner. And thus, with his siblings and children fighting over the land, they eventually divided this into what is known today as the Don Antonio Heights and Don Enrique Heights. These are now two residential subdivisions located in Holy Spirit.
