The average of price of condos in the Makati Avenue, Ayala Center, and Paseo de Roxas areas—places that are close to Ayala Avenue—stands at PHP 22 million, according to Lamudi’s 2016 data.

Makati’s Ayala area is one of the most convienient locations in Metro Manila. The place is connected to the rest of the metro via several important transport infrastructure, including the MRT Line 1 (via Ayala Avenue Station), EDSA, Buendia Avenue, and McKinley Road.
