If you like some privacy a bit away from the noisy coastal tourist spots and to live in a semi rural area (safely situated up on the Guilon plateau) this property is an easy drive to the best beaches on either side of beautiful Samal Island.
Two spot shown in the pics are Canibad beach on the East side of samal and the famous Hagimit Falls which is less that a kilometer from the house.
The newly upgraded Penaplata District hospital is also close by, and now has their own laboratory and exray facilities.
This large Western style house is on a huge block full of fruit trees and available for long lease of 12 months or more.
The large Master bedroom is pretty much self a self contained flat; as it has a combination walk in kitchenette / storeage / closet room and a sizable bathroom.
The second bedroom has a double bed as well as bunks. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
Electricty, water and internet access (if required) and the back up petrol generator are all at the renter's expense of as per use.
Would prefer a long term lease of six to twelve months but shorter period will be considered.
