It is a glutinous rice dish stuffed with pork and mushrooms, then wrapped in bamboo leaves and steamed for hours. For some, machang is a complete meal on its own. The Ongpin Mañosa also serves dumplings and noodle dishes in a variety of flavors.

Fried chicken lovers can settle in Sincerity Café. This place has one of the best-fried chicken recipes in Metro Manila, seasoned with a special blend of herbs and spices.
