Lancaster New City

No list of subdivisions in Imus is complete without Lancaster New City (LNC). This 1,700-hectare residential community has everything your family needs for a comfortable life. It’s designed as a complete township, with healthcare services, grocery stores, ATMs, schools, offices, and places of worship all located within the development. Lancaster New City even has an exclusive transport system for residents and guests employed within the subdivision. 

This development is accessible from Metro Manila through the Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). So, people who work in the metro won’t have a problem getting to their offices.

Pacific Woods is a residential subdivision by ACM Landholdings, Inc. located along Nia Road. It comprises townhouse units that are perfect for everyone, from young professionals to midsize families. ACM Woodstock Homes
