Lancaster New City

No list of subdivisions in Imus is complete without Lancaster New City (LNC). This 1,700-hectare residential community has everything your family needs for a comfortable life. It’s designed as a complete township, with healthcare services, grocery stores, ATMs, schools, offices, and places of worship all located within the development. Lancaster New City even has an exclusive transport system for residents and guests employed within the subdivision. 

This development is accessible from Metro Manila through the Cavite Expressway (CAVITEX) and South Luzon Expressway (SLEX). So, people who work in the metro won’t have a problem getting to their offices.

Pacific Woods

Pacific Woods is a residential subdivision by ACM Landholdings, Inc. located along Nia Road. It comprises townhouse units that are perfect for everyone, from young professionals to midsize families. This development is strategically located near schools, hospitals, shopping centers, and churches, making it the perfect place to start and grow your family. 

Pacific Woods offers affordable yet high-quality houses. Its Sunflower model has a lot area of around 48 square meters and costs around PhP 1.29 million. On the other hand, the Jasmine model can cost upwards of PhP 3 million. This has a lot size of around 72 square meters.

ACM Woodstock Homes

Located in Barangay Carsadang Bago II, ACM Woodstock Homes offers low to medium-cost houses for starter families. ACM Landholdings, Inc. launched this 31-hectare project in 1994. It’s divided into nine phases, each with different residential properties ranging from vacant lots to detached houses. Prices start at around PhP 2.5 million for a three-bedroom home with around 68 square meters of floor space.
