The company’s technology allows real estate professionals to create “active spaces” or 3D images, producing high-quality digital representations of properties, virtual tours, and schematic floor plans–materials that help educate and entice prospective clients. 

Brokers who use Matterport under the Lamudi Advantage Program can get a three-month free Starter Plan, which includes five active spaces or virtual tours, saving $30. They can also secure an exclusive discount on Matterport’s Insta360 ONE X Enterprise Camera, the ideal tool for capturing small homes, condos, and apartments.
