Game Changers in the Philippine Real Estate Industry
Landing the third spot in the real estate brokers exam, Yueng expressed his appreciation for the people who believed in him.
“I am deeply grateful for this wonderful blessing. My heart is filled with gratitude for the support of my family, friends, officemates, d-group, and study group,” Yueng said.
“I feel so fortunate to have been guided by exceptional mentors and teachers at iACADEMY who are experts in their fields, and who have the heart to teach with genuine passion and intent. Above all, I know that this achievement is a result of God’s immense grace and blessings,” he added.
On the other hand, Comiso shared how the exam was arduous and how the institution aided her throughout her journey to becoming a licensed professional.
“I am thrilled and still in disbelief that I have achieved my goal of topping the board. After the exam, I was anxious and only prayed to pass, as the exam was incredibly challenging,” Comiso said.
“There were moments when I doubted myself, but I persevered and gave it my all. It was also really important to make sure that you have the right partner to do this new endeavor with. iACADEMY was definitely very accommodating and flexible with our own needs and circumstances. The school and professors provided us with the right resources and support so we could achieve our goals,” she added.
A Pioneer in Producing Real Estate Topnotchers
School of Business and Liberal Arts dean JV Padua said the institution continues to produce excellent real estate brokers.
“We are happy that we have produced top caliber game-changers in the real estate industry. We exceeded our performance last year in the [real estate brokers] licensure examination by producing two top notchers and [a] high overall percentage rating. This is our vision… to be the country’s leading school in real estate management and we are making it happen,” Padua said.
The national passing rate of the April 2023 real estate brokers exam was 43.57%, or 581 out of 1,328 examinees, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced.
