E.V.Y. Construction and Development Corporation revealed their next property development projects at the first-ever Lamudi Link in Cavite in partnership with E.V.Y., held last December 15, 2022, at Fynn Boutique Hotel in Bacoor.
Ernesto Yu, Chairman of E.V.Y. Group of Companies, said the company plans to build a mid-rise condominium in Panapaan, Bacoor, Cavite located near an educational institution.
“Ako’y naniniwala kasi na [importante ang] location. So what is important kasi is pinakamalapit sa airport [at] malapit sa Metro Manila,” Yu said.
(I believe that location is important. So what is essential is its close proximity to the airport and to Metro Manila.)
Building Projects Through the Pandemic
The mid-rise condo soon to be built in Bacoor will be the third project of E.V.Y. Construction and Development Corporation in the city. The first development is the Victoria Ville Subdivision, followed by the hospitality establishment Fynn Boutique Hotel along Aguinaldo Highway.
A 12-hectare expansion of Victoria Ville is also in the works, according to the chairman.
Elijah Hotel and Residences is a 21-story mixed-used building developed and owned by E.V.Y. Construction and Development Corporation and located in Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
“Lahat po ng sinisimulan ng E.V.Y., tinatapos natin like yung Elijah [Hotel and Residences]. After two and a half years of pandemic, tinuloy ko yung building, especially itong FYNN Hotel, tinapos din po natin during the pandemic. Kahit na mataas ang presyo [ng materyales], nag a-adjust [tayo] since kabisado natin ang construction business,” Yu said.

Despite the increase in the construction prices, we adjusted since we are familiar with the construction business.)
Czar Lacsamana, president of Tier1Prevail Realty, also joined the networking night and urged fellow brokers to set the next year as a bountiful year for property sellers. “It should be a rebound year… Success is your duty, obligation, responsibility,” he added.
The first-ever Cavite Lamudi Link also gave away raffle prizes to lucky attendees, including a brand-new cellphone and a 32-inch smart TV.
Supplying Construction Materials Across CALABARZON
Apart from E.V.Y. Construction and Development Corporation, the E.V.Y. Group of Companies also holds the Cavite School of Life, E.V.Y. Hardware Pala-pala, Dasmariñas, Donata Victoria Marketing, Inc., and more.
Before venturing into building properties, E.V.Y. Construction and Development Corporation was known as a construction supply entity and had equipped government offices, private buildings, and residences in the CALABARZON region.
They were recognized and licensed by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board in 1994.
After more than three decades of supplying construction materials, E.V.Y. Construction and Development Corporation started exploring property development and built its first project Victoria Ville Subdivision in 2008.
Cavite as an Accessible Property Location
