The company also started the “No Down Payment” scheme at the height of the Asian Financial Crisis. Like most businesses, they had to adapt to the financial situation of the market. However, even after the crisis passed and the market was already recovering, Empire East continued to keep its market at the forefront of their business.
Later on, the company would come up with a payment scheme which allowed buyers to settle payments throughout a duration of 15 years for the Cambridge Village development, as well as low monthly amortization and annual lump sum payments.
