BDO Unibank’s Property Management Unit (PMU) successfully held the BDO Broker Townhall on July 8, 2026, at Rizal Hall in the BDO Corporate Center Ortigas. The program was organized by the BDO PMU Marketing Team, headed by Jessica Dico (Marketing Consultant) in collaboration with the Lamudi and Dot Property Philippines Team, led by Alex Alapag (Head of Corporate Partnerships)
This exclusive event brought together brokers and real estate agents to gain deeper insights about BDO’s property portfolio and discover digital solutions designed to help them expand their reach and drive more sales.

BDO’s PMU is responsible for managing and disposing the bank’s acquired real estate portfolio. During the presentation, the unit highlighted its commitment to transparency and quality throughout the property management and acquisition process, while showcasing the value and diversity of BDO’s property portfolio.
The event also highlighted the long-standing 10-year partnership between BDO and Lamudi. Following a recent strategic merger under the SEA Connect ecosystem, Lamudi’s expanded network now enables BDO to maximize its visibility across a massive “online highway” of property demand. Together, this unified ecosystem forms the largest digital real estate platform in the Philippines, generating more than 64 million annual pageviews and 900,000+ leads annually across seven major platforms: Lamudi, Dot Property, MyProperty.ph, Mitula, Trovit, Nuroa, and Nestoria.
“The success of Lamudi and BDO today wasn’t built overnight. It is the result of more than a decade of building a powerful ecosystem that connects every key player in the real estate industry—developers, brokers, banks, and, most importantly, property seekers,” said Alex Alapag, Head of Corporate Partnerships at Lamudi and Dot Property Philippines. “And through our partnership with BDO, we’re taking another step toward making homeownership more accessible for every Filipino.”
The digital-first approach aligns with massive shifts in local consumer behavior, as over 81% of the Philippine population is now active online, and more than 50% of property buyers report finding their actual home via the internet.
During the presentation, Ginnie Ang, Team Head for Team Jade Sales at BDO’s Property Management Unit (PMU), provided an overview of the bank’s acquired property portfolio. She highlighted the diverse range of property types available across the country, including houses and lots, townhouses, condominiums, commercial spaces, industrial properties, farm lots, and undeveloped land.
Property seekers purchasing through the PMU are assured of clean titles, competitive below-market pricing, and fast processing times directly assisted by dedicated BDO Property Management Sales officers.
Jonathan Cuabien Go, BDO PMU Team 2, Sales Consultant, reflected on how technology has transformed the industry. “This is a great opportunity…from yellow pages, buy and sell, the bulletin, and now digital, ang paghahanap ng kahit ano, daliri na (finding anything is now at your fingertips). I’m happy that Lamudi is here,” Go remarked.

To make these acquisitions even more attainable for clients, BDO’s Home Loan Partner team, CBG Home Loan, represented by Team Leader Alfred Sanchez and Home Loan Officer Jeannie Ampo, discussed the “BDO Home Loan Advantage,” highlighting the special promos available to property buyers as well as the specialized incentives structured specifically for accredited brokers and agents.
The town hall concluded with a consultation and networking session, giving brokers and agents the opportunity to discuss their clients’ requirements and explore BDO’s latest property inventory.
