Lamudi and RLC are teaming up to organize the next Lamudi Link, a business networking event that gathers different real estate professionals. The in-person activity will happen on May 19 at RLC’s co-working space work.able.
Top real estate platform Lamudi and property giant Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) are teaming up for the upcoming business networking night Lamudi Link. The in-person event, which will happen on May 19, will be held at the developer’s co-working space work.able located in Exxa and Zeta Towers, Bridgetowne, Quezon City. Registration starts at 6:30 PM.
Brokers, real estate agents, and property developer representatives are encouraged to attend the networking event. Aside from meaningful conversations over good food, participants can expect an insightful talk from the Lamudi team, as they share data gathered from the first quarter of the year.
In the Service of Real Estate Professionals
Lamudi Philippines CEO Kenneth Stern shared that their team is pleased to host the event with long-time developer partner RLC.
“RLC and Lamudi have enjoyed a fruitful partnership in the last years, and this event is just a testament to our strong ties. We believe that aside from property seekers, there’s a huge opportunity to accommodate the interests of real estate professionals.
“Understanding the need for face-to-face networking opportunities as the pandemic situation eases, our developer-partner offers a suitable venue for such an event,” Stern said.
The coworking space work.able is situated in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, a highly accessible location in Metro Manila. It’s supported by public transportation networks and surrounded by different commercial and lifestyle centers.
Its building, Exxa and Zeta Towers, is PEZA-registered. It features large and efficient office floor plates, as well as eco-friendly amenities. It has a wide selection of retail, service, and dining options. To serve building occupants better, there are various parking spaces available.
“Aside from connecting with fellow real estate professionals, I’m excited for our attendees to experience the world-class facilities of work.able. Those who are working remotely may find the place suitable for their daily work needs,” Stern shared.
According to its website, work.able is equipped with all kinds of amenities and lifestyle perks. These include important business spaces, such as huddle areas, meeting rooms, and phone booth, as well as modern equipment like printers and high-speed internet. Coffee and fruit water are available at the coworking space as well.
Promoting a tight-knit community of professionals, work.able provides its members with access to social events.
Networking Opportunities for Brokers
Since the easing of pandemic restrictions this year, Lamudi has organized in-person events, gathering real estate professionals from Metro Manila. It relaunched Lamudi Link last month in Taguig and mentioned the creation of Lamudi Executive Advisors (LEAD), a group composed of Lamudi’s most influential brokers who will serve as advisers and ambassadors for the brand.
On the second Lamudi Link, which was also organized last April, top property consultancy firm Colliers graced the event and talked about the bright spots in the residential and office sectors.
According to Stern, his team will continue to help professionals widen their networks and connect them to business prospects.
“We encourage brokers, real estate agents, and property developer representatives to join us in a night of sharing stories and learning from each other. Grab this opportunity to expand your network,” said Stern.
Committed Partners for Growth
Even prior to the pandemic, Lamudi and RLC have been working together on different projects.
In 2019, the residential arm of the latter rebranded to RLC Residences, integrating its three segments Residences, Luxuria, and Communities into one brand. The company partnered with Lamudi to promote its new focus: Raise. Live. Connect and its new brand ambassador, actress and artist Heart Evangelista.
Earlier this year, the two firms strengthened their partnership, renewing their commitment to increasing the visibility of the RLC Residences’ properties online. Some of the residential projects promoted under the partnership are Woodsville Crest in Parañaque, Amisa Private Residences in Lapu-Lapu City, and Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta.
These locations are among the must-watch hotspots in the country, cited in Lamudi’s 22 Cities to Watch in 2022.
As the property industry moves to a better normal, Lamudi and RLC vow to create more opportunities for brokers to succeed.
