Ayala Land Premier’s offerings in Makati include the sold-out projects Two Roxas Triangle, Park Terraces, and Garden Towers. The developer is currently selling for Park Central Towers, located along Paseo de Roxas with an expected construction completion date in December 2025.

Alveo Land
Alveo Land is another Ayala Land subsidiary that focuses on building homes for what the company refers to as “the urban achievers.” The developer carries the vision of giving its customers “a place for living well.”
In Makati, Alveo Land’s completed developments are Escala Salcedo in Salcedo Village; Kroma Tower, Senta, and The Columns in Legazpi Village; Solstice in Circuit; and The Lerato in Bgy. Bel-Air.
