tiles on concrete floor, concrete hollow block partitions, slab soffit ceiling, glass on steel
encased windows, and wood panel doors. The ground floor consists of living room,
dining room, kitchen (1) bathrooms and two (2) bedrooms, while the second floor consists of six (6) bedrooms, one (1) comfort room and laundry area with terrace. The building is painted and provided with electrical lighting and plumbing facilities.
GAZEBO
This is an octagonal-shaped pavilion structure with concrete hollow block of plastered
cement finish, and corrugated galvanized iron sheet roofing. Total floor area is
approximately 78.54 sq.m.
