Incorporated in UK in 2008, Home Edge Limited was set up initially to take on the need for rental properties in the Filipino communities living in Central London. There was a high demand for residential properties in areas such as Hammersmith, Earls Court and Canada Water. Despite the high cost of living in Central London and the increasing rental rates of flats and houses, Home Edge was determined to help and support Filipinos in providing decent accommodations which gained favor with Filipinos and locals in the area. The influx of Filipino tourists and students also hatched the short let and bed sit accommodations.
In 2009, interest in Philippine properties (as a holiday home, or investment, or for better living residences for loved ones) heightened. An upturn of developers came to UK to introduce Philippine properties and focused mainly on the sales and marketing side. It was then when the opportunity to offer a complete aftersales service package to clients dropped anchor. The highlight from mere selling and marketing shifted to a full customer service experience.
