Good Feng Shui Condominium for SALE in Eastwood City

After years of owning this wonderful condominium, we have now decided to sell. My family is now fully residing in Copenhagen Denmark.

We hope the next owner will find the same luck and joy that we believe the condominium has brought us. Since we are Feng Shui believers, we asked for Feng Shui experts to look into the condominium first before we bought it years ago. Indeed, it became our lucky charm!

The building is centrally located condominium with walking access to banks, fitness center, restaurants, movie house, church and the city mall. We like the vibrant feel of Eastwood specially during the weekends!

The condominium has solid narra flooring and cabinet covers giving a rustic Asian feel. There is a kitchen nook perfect for meals on the go or just a casual no hassle dining time. Both living and dining offer enough space to cozy up or have guests over.

There is a total of three bedrooms : Bedroom 1 (essentially the combination of two rooms serving as the master's bedroom), Bedroom 2 (Guest room or study room or child's room) and the Bedroom 3 (Maid's room)

There is also a total of three toilets and baths - a luxury that most and newer condiminiums will not offer anymore! Another luxury plus here is the utility area where laundry room is separated and an open space where you can hang clothes to dry etc.
