EMZ Everest Realty & General Construction was established by Edwin M. Zamora in 1991 who was only in private practice as contractor and realtor during that time. The company grew bigger and was formally registered in 1998 as EMZ Everest Realty & Construction.
He company has since built countless homes located in different parts of Baguio City, the Summer Capital of the Philippines. The company continues to build homes to cater to the growing number of families and individuals who are seeking to build a home in Baguio City.
Edwin M. Zamora, its proprietor, is current officer of renowned and well-established Real Estate groups - the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA) Inc. in Baguio and Benguet and national officer for the Real Estate and Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP).
He was likewise past president for the Rotary Club of Metro Baguio and has advocated in many social development projects.
