Syntech Properties  Incorporated is a subsidiary of Woh Hup (Private) Limited, a  construction and civil engineering specialist company based in  Singapore. Woh Hup began its operations in the Philippines in 1995, when  they became the contractor for the building extension of the EDSA  Shangri-La in Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
