This space comes w/ the necessities, a comfy full sized bed, a micro kitchen, a bathroom w/ water heater, a lounge area perfect for working and dining.

Humble in space but w/ a balcony overlooking Buendia towards BGC and the Makati CBD skyline.

The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, plates and utensils, glasses and cups, etc.

The bathroom always has clean towels, shampoo, body soap, and rolls of toilet paper.

I have a water filter so that you don't need to buy drinking water and accumulate plastic. Hand Soap will always be available as well as alcohol.

Internet connection is also strong. Perfect if you need to work from home or stream movies.

Its a space for the easy going.

You are free to smoke OUTSIDE the unit in the balcony. Please don't bring the smell of cigarettes inside the unit :)The space

Parking slot for you is #236 on the 5th floor. Guest access.

You will have a personal conceirge.

We can arrange a private car with a vaxxed driver to fetch you for check in and check out. I can also book trips for you to go to the beach or simply go around Metro Manila.

Aside from that, we can also arrange for Antigen and PCR Testing as needed for you.

Also, the unit has filtered water so that you don't need to buy water to drink. I hope we can both save the earth by not buying plastic water bottles. Please bring your water bottle containers.

The unit doesnt have a washing machine or dryer inside, but we can offer laundry pick up and delivery. Please do provide your own laundry bag.
