These details have been recently updated. We have Clear Title on this 588sq m lot and house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms(cr’s) and lots of extras. Last year we added a concrete patio and a water tower(so you never run out of city water when their pressure is low). We are located in a very quiet barangay named Cawayan, New Washington, Aklan, Philippines between the main road and the sea (which is private and quiet), and we can actually see the sea (beach) through the palm trees from our deck and, It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. (check it out on google earth) There is No Air Pollution from vehicles on the hi-way, because of our location and the breeze that blows gently from the sea past the house, and through the many windows in our house which keeps us cooler than it would otherwise be. We are only about 1 1/2 hrs drive to the World Famous Resort Island of Boracay, 5 minutes to New Washington (with lots of amenities), and 15 minutes to the Kalibo Airport.
