AFPOVAI Subdivision is a housing community located along Bayani Road in Western Bicutan, Taguig. The subdivision is where most of the country’s military elite reside. The nearest public institutions are the AFP-RSBS Industrial Park, National Mapping and Resource Information Authority, TESDA, National Food Authority and Technological University of the Philippines. The British Embassy and South Korean Embassy are the closest consular offices, both of which are located at McKinley Hill. Villamor Air Base is just across the Metro Manila Skyway, while the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is a block away from the military installation.
