It's a pre-loved, pre-owned, fully-furnished condo by the family (with appliances!). It was originally bought for permanent residence so we took good care of everything, made it natural and home-y as much as possible, so that it won't look too artificial with condo-ish aesthetics. We chose interiors that mimic a bit of provincial life but at the same time maintaining reasonable space. When one member of the family went back to the province for good, we had to sell this large condo and find a smaller one for the bachelor.For 3 years it has been a pleasure living here, with a very good proximity to hospitals, malls, park, restaurants, even food and quaint nightlife at Kapitolyo.
